Print on Demand (PoD) service: Printify
If you decide to order something from my webshop it will either be shipped by the shop owner or the PoD service. Every item will be listed as either “PoD” or “not PoD”.
After payment the PoD service will make the item and ship it out to the customers address AND/OR the shop owner will prepare the package and ship it out.It is possible to receive multiple packages for a single order, since not everything is shipped from the same address.
The shop owner sends out packages every thursday. The PoD service spends 1-4 days preparing the items and then sends it out.These are the expected delivery times after sending:

Netherlands: 1-3 business days
Europe: about 1 week
International: about 2 weeks

International: 1-2 weeks
If the customer has any complaints about an order, please contact the shop owner at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will try to solve the complaints best as possible. This may be by replacing an item, giving a shop discount or getting in contact with the PoD store to arrange an replacement order. If something else is requires the customer and shop owner have to discuss this in the email.
By Dutch law the customer retains right of withdrawal within 14 days. This means that within 14 days of receiving the packages you have the right to return it to the Webshop. This is the case for a lot of items in this webshop. You can do so by letting the shop owner know you are returning the item. After the item is received in as-new state (not worn or damaged/used) by the shop owner you will receive a full refund for the order minus the shipping costs. However, this works a bit different with items that are send from a PoD store.
If you need to return a package, you need to contact the shop owner at email@example.com. The shop owner will handle all returns same way as for other orders. Do know that the shop owner normally has no inventory for PoD items and will most likely not be able to sell the item that you return. Read the return policy for the PoD service below.
Printify is a print on demand company, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
