Webshop & Shipping

When will the next shopupdate be?

I update my shop around every 2 months. If my shop is almost empty I will close it for a little while so I can fully focus my attention on the next update. Exact time and date will be posted on as many platforms as I can. If I have an exact date and time already in mind it will be visible in my Instagram Bio.

When will my order ship?

I try to ship out within a week! After a shop update or in the winter season this might take slightly longer.

Some products might take a few days longer if I don’t have them in stock anymore, such as the tote bags

Is my order traced?

All sticker and print orders are untraced, please have a little patience waiting for them to arrive!

All ceramics and bigger packages are traced, you should receive an automatic mail that contains your Track&Trace code

When will my package arrive?

After I processed your order (see “when will my order ship?”), it depends on where you are ordering from.

Dutch orders: Maximum of 1 week

Germany, Belgium, France: 1-2 weeks

Rest of EU: 2-3 weeks

International: 4-6 weeks

Some countries may take longer, such as Australia, Russia and New Zealand.

I ship my orders with PostNL or Deutsche Post, depending on what is cheapest.

Please keep in mind that I have little control about how long the shipping service will take to deliver your item.

How much is shipping?

Some items such as artist cups are more difficult to ship out and shipping may have to be more expensive. Some smaller items are cheaper to ship out and will be a lower tariff. Check your basket for accurate prices!

Shipping currently varies between 3€ and 12.90€ depending on the kind of products.

My package arrived broken, what do I do?

Please get in touch with me as quickly as possible! Within 72 hours of receiving your package, with pictures of the damaged products.

We will try to workout together what will be the best solution for you.

My package hasn’t arrived? What do I do?

Please check “When will my package arrive?” to see what would be a normal time for your region. I’m a creator from the Netherlands and I can’t make packages travel the world faster, as much as I would want to.

Have a little bit of patience before you message me. If you message me quickly there’s very little I can do for you. Try to wait at least the time that I indicate how long it will take to arrive plus my time it takes to process the package.

The package still hasn’t arrived? Please do get in contact with me! If it was shipped out with track and trace I can get in touch with my shipping company for more information. If the package is truly lost I will either refund or replace it. I will try to do everything I can to help you!

Can I return my order?

You can return your order in unused condition within 14 days after receiving it. Get in touch with me to let me know you want to return your order.

When the order arrives safely back to me I will send you a full refund.

I will not pay for the costs of returning the order unless it was due to my mistake.

Your order needs to arrive back at my place in the exact state you received it in. You, as customer, are responsible for any damage that the products may receive on the way back to me. If the products arrive broken I can’t offer a refund, and am not legally obligated to give you back anything.

Commissions, Requests & Custom orders

 

Do you take custom orders/commissions?

For my own sanity, no.

Ceramics take a long time to produce, and since I don’t have my own studio or kiln it takes even longer. Plus having to share a kiln with others means there often are incidents that make my palettes turn out differently than how I have planned. There can easily go multiple months over getting a palette ready exactly how it was planned, and for me it’s not worth the stress.

I saw this palette on your Instagram. Can I buy it now/Can you put it aside for me?

Sadly I can’t do this.

I would be selling out before my shop even opened and it would mean a lot of extra work for me.

I also want to give everyone the same equal chance to get an item.

Do previous ceramic designs come back in the shop?

I usually make new versions of older designs that have sold well. They will never be 100% the same but that’s also the beauty of hand made items.

If you have interest in a certain design, you can send me a message to let me know. If I have the time and I’m going to make palettes anyways, I can make a bunch extra similar ones inspired by that design for the next shopupdate.

Because I get this question a lot I cannot put them aside for you sadly, because then my shop would be no more and I would only work on requests.

Can I get a discount if I order more? How much do I need to order for wholesale prices?

I’ll have some wholesale packs with a slight discount in my shop update every now and then, but I can’t do regular wholesale. I don’t earn enough on my ceramics to give a big discount sadly
